Player privacy
iPlay MOBA is a web beta. This page describes the player information used by this version.
Your player record
We save your chosen name, player tag, match results, rank, earned coins, cosmetic ownership, friends, party membership and preferences. A secure browser session cookie keeps you connected. Guest access is tied to that browser; link an account to recover progress on another device.
Account providers
When you sign in with Google, the game stores Google’s stable account identifier and verified email address. Your email is visible only in owner administration for player support and account identification. It does not ask for or store your Google password. No email address or profile photo is copied into your public player profile.
Matches and reports
Other players can see your name, selected hero and match performance. Match servers process controls and maintain temporary reconnect checkpoints. Reports are stored for review; reporting someone does not automatically ban them. Do not include private contact details in names or reports.
Storage and deletion
Player records stay saved until you delete your account in Player settings. Deletion removes account links, friend relationships and beta skin backups, ends skin access, and replaces your name in permanent match history. Skin claim and purchase records remain associated with the deleted player record for reward accounting. One-way identifiers derived from the Google account identifier are retained with trial and code claims to prevent repeat claims after account deletion. Anonymized results and rating records remain to protect match integrity. Temporary match checkpoints may remain for up to one hour after a completed match has been saved. Unacknowledged results are retained until delivery succeeds.
Skin administration
The owner can review player names, tags, linked Google email addresses, skin grants, code claims, purchase records and administration history. While you use the game, a periodic activity check records whether you are in the lobby, training or a match, and when the game was last active. This lets the owner see recent online-player counts; it does not collect your location or browsing history. Skin timers and permanent ownership are saved on the server. Former beta skin access is backed up for owner review when the skin program begins.
Match chat
All chat is visible to both teams in your current match. Messages show your in-match name. The server keeps up to 40 recent messages with the temporary match checkpoint for reconnecting players; messages are deleted when that checkpoint is cleaned up. Avoid sharing private information in chat.
Services
The game uses its hosting database and a realtime match server to run battles and save progress. The beta has no advertising trackers, or paid items. Your browser downloads hero art and audio resources to play.
