Help with the arena

Connection problems

Keep the same browser tab open and use Reconnect. If you refresh, return with the same browser session or linked account. A temporary bot can control your hero while you are disconnected. Your original match result still counts.

Missing progress

Open your profile and confirm your player tag. Guest sessions belong to one browser. For linked accounts, use the same provider account you originally linked. If a match result is still saving, reopen your profile after a short wait.

Player reports

Use Report player on the results screen to submit a report tied to that match. Select a reason and provide a brief, factual description. Reports are saved for owner review and do not automatically punish a player.

For beta feedback

Send the game owner your player tag, the approximate time of the issue, and the device/browser you used through the channel where you received the game link. Avoid sharing passwords, login codes or session cookies.
